PHLEGM v8 | SuperPET Display and Bus Bindings | Checkpoint 27

- Resolve the character bank selector by the compiled support-chip register name.
- Independently verify its absolute bus address from machine CFG.
- When the name is unavailable but a compiled register occupies that address, bind it by physical location rather than silently pinning ROM bank zero.
- Reject a name/address mismatch to avoid displaying a ROM bank from the wrong device.
- In the generic 16-bit bus lookup, never expose virtual support registers (offset=-1) as actual I/O addresses.
- Only publish primary/both CPU ROMs in the active 6809 direct-bus map; the secondary 6502 ROM bank is not mapped until a true CPU switch.
- MACHINE TRACE includes CRTC start, the first visible screen byte, selector latch, ROM bank, raw glyph bytes, and resolved register indices. This disambiguates incorrect video selection from incorrectly executed firmware.
- PET-4016-N and SuperPET-9000 declare the VIA PCR physical bus address $E84C in their CFG files.

Validation limitation: This environment does not have a FreeBASIC compiler or installed user firmware images. Structural/CFG/source tests were completed here, but live Windows/Linux runtime behavior has NOT been verified. Use a fresh native build and send MACHINE TRACE if the display remains incorrect.
